Do you offer International shipping?

Unfortunately, no. We do not ship internationally at this current time.  Orders placed on the Jaybird Skincare website can only be delivered within Australia only. We do hope to bring Jaybird Skincare to other countries in the future!

 

What shipping options do you offer? 

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

 

When will I receive my order?

Depending on location in Australia, it is estimated that shipment time via Australia Post is 3-10 business days.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Here at Jaybird, we understand that you would want your order as soon as possible, and we are excited to get it to you.  Orders are shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Friday (we do our very best to even ship next day).

Please note we are closed Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays; all orders placed on these days are received on the next business day. Once your order is processed, we will ship to you within 48 hours.

How much is postage? 

Jaybird Skincare offers a Flat Rate $9.95 Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia only.

Orders over $99 automatically qualify for free standard shipping within Australia only. Please note: if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below $99, free shipping does not apply. We do also offer *Free local pickup. If you would like to collect your order from Jaybird Skincare HQ based in Mackay, Queensland, you are most welcome to do that. Please select this option at checkout.  *Please see notes on Free local Pickup as conditions do apply. 

 

Do you offer Express Post?

Please be advised that unfortunately, no. We do not offer Express Post.  Due to Jaybird Skincare being based regionally in North Queensland we find that Express Post may not deliver to you any quicker than standard post.  Therefore; to save you money and any disappointments, we do not offer this service.

Free Local Pick-up

Jaybird Skincare offers Free local pickup.  If you would like to collect your order from our HQ based in Mackay, Queensland, you are most welcome to do that. Please select this option at checkout.  

Once you’ve placed your order you will receive a notification when it is ready to be picked up, usually this is the next business day.  Please do not attempt to collect your order prior to being notified as it will not be ready. Please note: Once the order is paid for, we are unable to amend an order from Free Local Pick-up to postage option.

Pick-up is only available: Monday to Thursday (Excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8:30am to 1:30pm. 

Jaybird Skincare free pick-up is located in with Coburn Motor Trimmers, at 3 Juliet Street, Mackay QLD (right beside McDonalds, if you come in off Shakespeare Street).

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, no. You are unable to cancel an order that has already been processed.

 

Can I change order delivery details?

Please place your order carefully as we are unable to change or update a delivery address or products once an order has been processed, so please be sure to check your delivery and product details carefully prior to submitting your order.

In the event that the delivery address has been supplied incorrectly or the incorrect product is chosen, the cost of having the item(s) changed and/or re-delivered will be charged to you, the customer.  Please contact us via email: hello@jaybirdskincare.com.au or call us on 0408 605 043 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm) for further instructions.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with your parcel tracking number and a link with which you can click to check the status of your delivery via Australia Post. Expected delivery time frames commence from when your parcel is dispatched.

 

Additional Postage Information

All orders are subject to Australia Post delivery services to your area. Please note Australia Post does not operate on weekends.

Jaybird Skincare is not responsible for any shipping delays once your parcel is in transit, nor is Jaybird Skincare liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer or Australia Post delivery services behalf. All orders are shipped from Jaybird HQ based in Mackay QLD 4740, using Australia Post service.

 

If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mailbox.  If you still have not received confirmation, it is possible that we may have an incorrect email address for you.  Please contact us via email: hello@jaybirdskincare.com.au or call us on 0408 605 043 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm) with your name and order number to enable us to check the status of your order.

 

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, Australia Post is experiencing a higher than usual number of deliveries, please understand that this may cause a delay in the delivery of your order once it has been shipped. We thank you for your understanding and your patience during these challenging times for our postal services.

 

Returns Policy

Jaybird Skincare makes every effort to ensure that your product(s) arrive to you in perfect condition.  

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product(s) that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods via email: hello@jaybirdskincare.com.au or call 0408 605 043 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm). Please quote your name, contact details, order number? Or is it invoice number?, photographic evidence of the parcel or item(s) in question with a clear view of the issue and the reason for requesting a return or exchange.

 

Please do not return product(s) without contacting us first.

If the return is due to the product(s) you received being damaged or incorrectly supplied, the return shipping will be at no cost to you. 

For returns due to other reasons, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Returning of Goods                                                            

In the event where an incorrect product(s) has been received, we will replace the product(s) with free return postage.  Incorrectly supplied product(s) will only be accepted for return and re-supply if the product(s) is unopened, in their original condition and are safely packed in their original packaging.

 

Please take care with packaging the items for return as it is your responsibility to ensure that all product(s) are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend that product(s) returned by post be sent by registered or certified mail as Jaybird Skincare will not accept responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.

 

Product(s) must be returned to Jaybird Skincare within 30 days of being purchased. Once they have been received at Jaybird Skincare and after confirming accepted claims, we shall then promptly, re-supply the product(s) or a store credit will be issued.

For us to reimburse you for the return shipping cost, please forward a copy of your shipping receipt to us. Please retain a proof of return postage until we have confirmed your refund for postage has been completed.         

 

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as Jaybird Skincare does not provide refunds, store credits or replacements if you simply change your mind. 

 

Returns due to other reasons

In the event that you are not completely happy with our product(s) you may contact us requesting a return. You must contact us stating your reason(s) for the return, via email: hello@jaybirdskincare.com.au or call 0408 605 043 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm).

 

Product(s) must be returned to Jaybird Skincare within 30 days of being purchased (please note: shipping costs are not included). Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your request within 7 business days and if the claim is accepted Jaybird Skincare will then issue you with a store credit or a replacement.  You will be notified by email.

 

Please take care with packaging the items for return as it is your responsibility to ensure that all product(s) are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend that product(s) returned by post be sent by registered or certified mail as Jaybird Skincare will not accept responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us.
